To be eligible for guard recycling you must be meet all of the requirements.
We have had guards being returned for recycling that are well below average. It’s really important for guards to be clean & free from debris to be able to begin the recycling process.
Guards must be clean and free from debris none of the items below are acceptable.
- Attachments, e.g. saddles, clamps or other fittings.
- Metal, e.g. bolts, nuts, screws or washers.
- Debris, e.g. bitumen, concrete, dirt, stones or tar.
Photos below are examples of what people are trying to recycle that do not meet recycling requirements. Guards have been returned with washers nuts and screws, bolts still attached guards covered in dirt and concrete.
