Rhino accepts orders by email or phone, as well as offering ecommerce for light trailers.  Online ordering with a customer login will be available in late 2022.

Please check out all the options on the website or read our blog on choosing the right Rhino mudguard here.  We are geared to meet customer demand with hundreds of mud guard product lines and related accessory products in stock for all types of trucks and trailers in Australia and New Zealand.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email. Orders received prior to 2pm usually leave the same day. Exceptions to this are stock orders, large orders, slow-moving items or custom-made products. Email is the most efficient and error-free way to order.  Tracking numbers are noted on each order, please see our freight tracking instructions here.

1. Rhino Plastic Guards only.
   1. All our products are labelled Rhino with ‘PL’ part numbers.
2. Guards must be free from anything non-plastic:
   1. Attachments, e.g. saddles, clamps or other fittings.
   2. Metal, e.g. bolts, nuts, screws.
   3. Debris, e.g. bitumen, concrete, stones or tar.
3. Guards must be packed on a pallet with a minimum weight of 200kg (excl. pallet)
   1. Operate on the basis of an average weight of 5kg per guard (e.g. 5kg x 40 guards = 200kg). This enables economies of scale for freight and recycling processing.  Please see the image below for an example of acceptable packing.
4. Label the pallet with the sender name, company, contact phone/email and address.

If you can meet ALL of the above requirements, please complete the online application form and we will assess each application and contact you with further information.  Selected locations may qualify for free freight.

Orders are packed to ensure products are protected/stable during transit and freight costs are minimised.  Export pallets are used for international orders.

Our streamlined systems and relationships with freight companies ensure that your orders will be delivered as quickly as possible.  Tracking numbers are noted on each order, please see our Freight Tracking Instructions for more information.

In New Zealand, we use Post Haste for small/loose items and Mainfreight for items on a pallet.  In Australia, we use Aus Post / NZ Post and Mainfreight for items on a pallet.
