You can track and trace the location of your order.
Larger orders sent on a pallet can be tracked using the Mainfreight Public Tracker.
- Open the invoice for your order (these are sent out daily).
- At the bottom left is a COMMENT, beneath this are the freight details – in this case a Post Haste ticket number
- These will be in the format of:
- FWM
- Series of Numbers
- Go to Mainfreight Public Tracker
- Enter the details into the Box, e.g. FWM36956424
- View the Results

Loose items not on a pallet can be tracked using the Post Haste Track and Trace. Steps to complete this:
- Open the invoice for your order (these are sent out daily).
- At the bottom left is a COMMENT, beneath this are the freight details – in this case a Post Haste ticket number
- These will be in the format of
- 2 x Alphabetic = Product Code
- Series of Numbers = Ticket Numbers
- Note if there is more than one ticket there will a range of numbers, e.g. RN15326850-53.
- In the example about the ticket numbers are RN15326850, RN15326851, RN15326852, RN15326853. Don’t try and enter in RN15326850-53!
- Go to Post Haste Track and Trace
- Enter the details for one ticket into the Boxes, e.g. RN 15326850
- View the Results
