Product Design & Performance Notice
This product is manufactured from engineered polymer materials designed to provide controlled flexibility, impact resistance, and durability in dynamic operating environments (including vibration, debris exposure, and impact conditions).
Due to the nature of these materials and manufacturing processes, variations may occur between supplied drawings and the physical product. These may result from mould design, material composition, colour pigmentation, cooling rates, and storage conditions.
Flexibility is an intentional performance feature and may result in dimensional variation without affecting product function.
Dimensional Tolerance
Unless otherwise specified, all dimensions are nominal.
Typical dimensional variation may be up to ±10% on plastic and ±5% on other products depending on material behaviour, environmental conditions, and product geometry.
Critical dimensions (where specified) override general tolerances.
Installation & Application Note
Final installed geometry may vary depending on mounting configuration, installation method, and application conditions.
Products are designed for use in dynamic environments, and performance may vary depending on installation setup.
