Car trailer Guards are usually packed into bundles of 4-5, this helps keep the pallets secure, and keeps the cost of shipping lower. One side effect of this is when we are using thicker base materials (alloy 3mm and alloy propeller plate) the car trailer Guard packed on top often is stretched to be longer than the car trailer Guard that was packed first in the bundle.
Not to worry though, as we have a simple fix for this issue!
How to Shorten if the top Guard has been stretched out, simply pick up the guard, rest one end on the ground as shown and press down. Do this equally on both sides, otherwise you may have a car trailer Guard that is higher at one end than the other.
How to Lengthen if the first packed Guard is a little on the short side, you can also do the inverse of this trick. To do this, place the Guard on the ground, as shown. now apply pressure at the beginning of the rounded end. this pressure will gently stretch the Guard out to the desired length. Do this on both sides to avoid having one side higher than the other.
