Will Samuel
General Manager 
Will Samuel is General Manager of RHINO and leads all areas of the business, including Health and Safety, People & Culture, Sales & Marketing, New Product Development, Production and Finance. Reporting to the Board, he is responsible for RHINO’s overall performance, strategy and day-to-day leadership.
Will began his career in the transport industry with BP and has since built extensive leadership experience across both the private and public sectors. He has worked with organisations at start-up, growth, mature and distressed stages, with professional experience spanning New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom.
Since joining RHINO in 2019, Will has led the transformation of the business into a highly efficient and innovative organisation. He works closely with customers, partners and suppliers throughout New Zealand and Australia, helping RHINO build trusted, long-term industry relationships.
