RHINO mudflaps version 2 (v2), new and improved are now available!
The Back Story
Back in 2023 we released version 1 (v1) of mudflaps. We thought they were pretty cool, but they were not quite at the RHINO standard. So we bit the bullet and invested in state of the art cutting technology to improve the finish of RHINO mudflaps and at the same time upgraded our plastic and branded options.
The result is a new and improved version of RHINO mudflaps!
What is new?
Our state-of-the-art CNC cutting results in the following improvements:
A smoother edge to all mudflaps.
Bottom corners are rounded.
Optional holes or slots for mounting.
Increased size range including duals, singles and custom sizes.
Custom options such as left and right sides.
Other improvements
Updated sizing to match RHINO guards in metric and imperial sizing options. See our mudflap sizing chart here. Metric measurements in millimetre (mm) are used and also we round to the nearest inch.
Branding is now screen printed for large quantities or digital printed for smaller quantities.
What hasn’t changed
High performing in all conditions ranging from freezing to hot. Check out our performance results.
Two material options – standard plastic and premium flexible plastic. The premium flexible option has to be seen to be believed.
Two colours – white and black. We can do other colours for high volume customers.
Security of supply – NZ made so no waiting for long offshore delays.
Sustainable – all Rhino mudflaps are recyclable and will join our hugely popular Rhino plastic guard recycling programme.
