🔩 Mounting Types

Choosing the right mounting type is the first step in making sure your chassis pole works seamlessly with your build. RHINO offers two proven base options:

RHINO CPO one bolt close up — **One-Bolt Base** – Quick installation with minimal chassis drilling. Ideal for standard setups and fast fit-outs where simplicity and speed are key.

RHINO CPOL lugged two-bolt close up — **Lugged Base (2-Bolt)** – Preferred for heavy-duty service, high-vibration applications, and anti-rotation security. Often chosen for stainless steel guards, fire shields, or when maximum load stability is needed.

🔧 Steel (Zinc Electroplated)

RHINO electroplated poles have a base level of corrosion resistance and offer a smooth, professional finish. They’re also ideal for powder coating or painting. Zinc electroplating chemically bonds a zinc layer to the base steel using an electric current — not a coating that chips like chrome.

🔧 Stainless Steel – Polished

Preferred for dangerous goods, concrete trucks, corrosive environments, and coastal exposure. RHINO uses 304-grade stainless steel, with bright polished finish for premium presentation and long-term corrosion resistance. 📖 Salt spray test results →
